Shipping Policy

At True Persona, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Standard Orders

Standard in-stock items are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are made or prepared before shipping and require additional production time.

Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volumes may occasionally impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. True Persona is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, True Persona is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We'll gladly assist where possible.
